UA and P Credit Cooperative Annual General Assembly
The UA and P Credit Cooperative invites all members to its Annual General Assembly (GA) on March 26 (Wednesday) from 3:00 to 4:00 pm at the Dizon Auditorium. The agenda will follow strictly the order of business for a regular GA:
a. Roll call
b. Proof of due notice
c. Call to order
d. Consideration of minutes of previous meeting
e. Consideration of the consolidated report of the Board of Directors, officers, and committees, including audited financial statements of the cooperative
f. Unfinished business
g. Presentation of the Board of Directors and committee members (Election and Audit)
h. New business
i. Other matters
j. Adjournment
Kindly confirm your attendance on or before March 17 (Monday).
Members are reminded that they have to attend at least one coop activity each year to be considered an active member of the cooperative.
