Seminar-Workshop on Emotionally Intelligent Teaching

The Center for Teaching and Learning invites all faculty members to take part in a two-day seminar-workshop titled “Emotionally Intelligent Teaching: Cultivating Connection, Care, and Growth in the UA&P Classroom.”

The workshop will be facilitated by Dr. Celerino Tiongco, UA&P Emeritus Associate Professor, whose wealth of experience and deep understanding of emotionally intelligent pedagogy will guide participants through insightful discussions and practical applications.

Scheduled for August 6 and 8 (Wednesday & Friday) from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, the sessions will be held at the Executive Cafe Meeting Rooms.

CPD workshop on "Writing Stories for the Classroom"

The School of Education and Human Development invites educators to a Continuing Professional Development-accredited seminar-workshop titled "Writing Stories for the Classroom" on September 20 (Saturday) from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm at the Telengtan Hall.

This hands-on, one-day workshop will equip participants with storytelling principles and strategies that they can apply immediately in their teaching. Educators will learn how to transform their lessons into engaging narratives that spark deeper learning. 

The session will be facilitated by CAS professor Dr. Joem Antonio and SED professor Dr. Nina Aunario.
