Housekeeping schedule during Christmas break

 

Please be informed that from December 19, 2024, to January 4, 2025, housekeeping personnel will be on-site from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm to conduct general cleaning of offices, venues, and comfort rooms. During this period, the use of comfort rooms will be limited. Only the ground-floor washrooms in all buildings will be available.

For employees who need to work on-site and require assistance from AFM, kindly submit your requests in advance so that the Housekeeping Department can make the necessary arrangements.

Executive Café to resume lunch service on January 6

 

Lunch service for employees at the Executive Café will resume on January 6, 2025. In the meantime, employees are encouraged to have their lunch at the main canteen area.

LIB semestral break schedule

 

The University Library’s business schedule during the semestral break for SY2024-2025 is as follows:

In addition, the University Library Café (ULC) will be closed starting December 15, 2024, to January 05, 2025. Regular business hours will resume on January 6, 2025.

AFM Christmas party on December 13

 

Please be informed that the Assets and Facilities Management Group (AFM), together with the outsourced personnel and their families, will have their Christmas party on December 13 (Friday). A talk and a Eucharistic celebration will be held in the morning. Games and other activities will be held at the Parking & Sports Building in the afternoon.

Employees are encouraged to place their requests for supplies or assistance until December 12 (Thursday). Only urgent requests will be accommodated on December 13.

DTT Service Request Form

 

To improve its services to the UA&P community, the Digital Transformation & Technology Office (formerly Information & Communication Technologies Office) is introducing a new form where you can raise the following requests:

  • Booking for audio-visual equipment for your activities or events
  • Onsite technical support during events

Everyone is encouraged to use this new link effective January 2, 2025, as the old form and link will no longer be accessible on the said date.
