Server maintenance on August 16

Please be informed that there will be a scheduled downtime on our servers on August 16 (Wednesday) at 9:00 pm. The EmpowerEd production core server and database server will undergo a scaledown considering the load in the system has gone down with the completion of the undergraduate and graduate program enrolment period. The downtime will last up to one hour.

During the interruption, the EmpowerEd system will be inaccessible.

Please be informed that our network firewall will undergo scheduled maintenance tonight (August 9) at 8:00 pm. This update is crucial for security and performance enhancements. Kindly anticipate an extended downtime of approximately 30 minutes.

LIB schedule for 1st Semester, SY 2023-2024

The University Library’s first semester schedule for SY 2023-2024 effective August 07 (Monday) is as follows:

Monday to Friday
7:00 am to 5:00 pm

Saturday
8:30 am to 4:00 pm

The Library will be operating on limited hours until such time that the required manpower is fulfilled. 

The University Library Café by Corbeau Coffee Co. will observe the following schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
8:00 am to 8:00 pm

Wednesday and Saturday
8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Please be informed that there will be a scheduled downtime on one of our servers on July 24 (Monday) at 9:00 pm. The EmpowerEd production core server and database will undergo a scale-up to prevent the server from slowing down during the enrollment period. The downtime will last up to one hour.

During the interruption, the EmpowerEd system will be inaccessible.
