AFM Advisory: Housekeeping schedule and reminders
The Assets and Facilities Management Group (AFM) would like to inform everyone of the following:
- Effective October 2 (Monday), a new cleaning schedule will be followed:
Offices: 6:00 am to 8:00 am
Classrooms: 12 pm to 1:30 pm
- Only recyclables should be placed in the office trash bins.
- Containers with food scraps must be disposed of in the trash bins located in common areas (near the elevators or in the restrooms).
- The primary duty of the Housekeeping personnel is to clean, sanitize, and maintain assigned buildings, classrooms, offices, and restroom facilities. Requests for assistance for other tasks, such as moving furniture, should be coursed through the Housekeeping and Concessionaires Officer and are subject to approval. AFM appreciates every effort to facilitate the work of the Housekeeping staff, like keeping your workstations or classrooms in order and uncluttered.
