2024 Fit to Fight Fitness Challenge

The Department of Physical Education (DPE) of the College of Arts and Sciences invites all UA&P employees to the yearly Fit to Fight Fitness Challenge.

The Fit to Fight (F2F) Program has been a long-standing program of the DPE, with its aim to provide opportunities for employees to learn and experience the benefits of exercise. Apart from this, the F2F program aims to instill a consistent habit of exercising as part of the work-life balance goal.

The Fit to Fight Program involves making the workplace more supportive of positive health behaviors of employees, thereby reducing their risk of developing chronic diseases. This project, however, is not limited to risk reduction and disease prevention. It includes supporting and promoting the overall well-being of employees as well as promoting physical activities, especially now that we have surpassed the difficult time in the pandemic and are preparing to return to the new normal.

Those who wish to participate may register here starting today until February 16 (Friday) at 5:00 pm. Orientation for the event will be on February 19 (Monday) at 5:30 pm at the Mezzanine Area of the Parking and Sports Building. This will be followed by a workout, so please come in workout clothes.

For more details and inquiries, email DPE at [email protected].
