Advisory from the Registrar’s Office on the Start of Classes, August 5, 2021

Welcome to the First semester!

As classes begin, you may find the classes which you have enrolled in your Canvas account at https://uap.instructure.com beginning today, August 4, 2021. Please remember to use your UA&P email credentials to log in.

You may also access the following course within Canvas for a more detailed tutorial on how to use the learning management system: https://uap.instructure.com/enroll/FWXJ4X

Once you see your courses, you will find the details regarding your courses, i.e. syllabus, readings, announcements, and how to accomplish the requirements for your course. If you have missing courses in your dashboard, you may email the Registrar’s Office ([email protected]) and cc the Academic Technologies Section ([email protected]).

For those who have been unable to complete enrollment, the REG office will accept queries and attend to your requests until Friday, August 6, 2021. You may send queries to [email protected].

Please be reminded that only students with validated payments are considered officially enrolled in the first semester and thus able to access their courses in Canvas.

Annual Parents’ Orientation 2021

The Center for Student Affairs - Office of Guidance and Counseling will hold the Annual Parents’ Orientation on July 31 (Saturday) from 9:00 am to 11:40 am (for parents of junior college students) and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm (for parents of freshmen) via Zoom.

Google Workspace Drive Security Update

A security update will be applied to Drive

On September 13, 2021, Drive will apply a security update to some of your files to make file sharing more secure.
This update will change the links used for some files, and may lead to new access requests for the impacted files. Access to these files won't change for people who have already viewed them. Learn more

After the update is applied, you can avoid new access requests by distributing the updated link to your file(s). Follow instructions in the Drive documentation.
