The UA&P Cooperative invites all members to its  Annual General Assembly on March 22 (Friday) at 12:00 pm at ACB402. Packed lunch will be served.

The agenda will be as follows:

1. Call to order by the Chairperson
2. Proof of due notice
3. Reading and approval of the minutes of the previous meeting
4. The current coop by-laws
5. Financial statements of the cooperative/ Approval of the proposed budget
6. Election of directors and committee members
7. New business
8 Other matters
9. Adjournment

Regular and associate members are required to attend the assembly.
