The registration for the Fit to Fight Program 2023 is extended until February 6 (Monday) at 3:00 pm. You may register here.  

Participants must answer the PAR-Q+ for everyone's safety. Answer the PDF file, save it, rename the file to your Last Name, Surname (ex. Cabrieto, Alexander), and submit it to Alexander Cabrieto at [email protected] before 5:00 pm on February 6. Bonus points will be given if all of the team members submit the file on time.
