To activate your proxy account, login at https://dragon.uap.asia/. Use your UA&P Google Email Account to sign-in.
Go to My Account --> Proxy Account.
Select one of your Internet browsers to configure and use the host and port. I recommend Firefox or Opera. Follow the guides below for the chosen browser. Note that Firefox and Opera will not proxy all your Internet connections.
