Subject: Registration for 2nd Semester, School Year 2021 – 2022

In view of the online registration for the 2nd Semester of S.Y. 2021-2022, please refer to below for instructions:

Important Reminders:

Before Enrollment

  1. Check your curriculum and study beforehand the subjects you are expected to enroll in the 2nd Semester. If you need help, consult your respective Program Officer for Academic advising.
  2. Make sure that your current Student Profile Information in the system is correct (i.e., Program, Year Level, If Foreign Student, If Scholar, etc.)
  3. Students with unsettled miscellaneous and tuition fees, please check your unsettled balance on the EmpowerED student portal. If you have questions on the outstanding balance please send your email to [email protected] and  [email protected]. Please pay on or before December 30, 2021.
  4. Check all your 1st semester grades are complete, especially those that have pre-requisite subjects. Only grades posted in EmpowerED are considered official. If you have a grade in Canvas but none in EmpowerED, please contact your professor or Program Officer to confirm that they have submitted their grades to the Registrar’s Office. 

During Enrollment

 

  1. Login using your uap.asia email address. Should you encounter access and upload proof of payment problems, use the JitBit Chat Box to raise a ticket or send an email to [email protected]
  2. After enlistment of courses please make sure that you have chosen the correct PAYMENT SCHEME (Schemes A, B or C) before you upload your proof of payment.
  3. Upload proof of payment only once. Duplicate uploads will delay the approval of your payment. Do not send your proof of payments to FMR if you have successfully uploaded it. This will cause duplicate work on the Administrative side.
  4. Bank details and payment options to be advised in a separate email and will also be posted in the EmpowerED portal.

 

 Should you encounter any issue or have questions related to EmpowerED to your enrollment, please do the following:

⇒Please click on the Jitbit Chat Box to send a ticket to the Enlistment Support Team. Feedback will be given to the student through Jitbit Chat or the student’s email address. 

⇒Another way to raise a ticket to the Enlistment Support Team is by sending an email to [email protected]

⇒Should there be a delay in the response, or a raised issue is taking too long, students can escalate to Mr. [email protected]  of the ICT Department.
