UA&P students attend Asian Youth Leaders Camp in Japan
The University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P) participated in the 2026 Asian Youth Leaders Travel and Learning Camp (AYLTLC), an international leadership program held from March 1 to 5, 2026, in Japan.
The camp took place in Tokyo and Yokohama and gathered student leaders from various countries for a week of leadership training, academic engagement, and cultural exchange.
Representing UA&P were Erin Rae Milward, Justin Stephen Dizon, and Ven Jairo Tio from the School of Management (SMN), and Kathriz Raine Tamesis from the School of Education and Human Development (SED).

During the program, participants attended lectures and workshops led by international speakers, engaging in collaborative discussions on leadership, innovation, and global challenges. The delegates were also welcomed by Kanagawa University for a campus tour and a lecture on Japanese culture and business. As part of their industry exposure, they visited leading Japanese companies such as Nissan Motor Corporation, Fujifilm, and Yamaha Corporation. The program was further enriched by cultural visits and interactive activities that fostered intercultural understanding among students from diverse backgrounds.
