CAS expands academic offerings with AB in Asia Pacific Studies
On March 23, the College of Arts and Sciences officially launched AB in Asia Pacific Studies (ABAPS), a pioneering program designed to equip students with impact building skills needed in championing global advocacies, campaigns, action plans, and policy directives by and/or with purpose-driven Third Sector players like international non-government organizations (INGOs), philanthropies, foundations, think-tanks, and community interest companies (CICs) across the region.
UA&P’s Bachelor of Arts in Asia Pacific Studies program prepares students to become globally minded changemakers in the Asia-Pacific region. With a strong foundation in Anthropology, Cultural Studies, and Area Studies, students develop a deep understanding of cultures, communities, and regional dynamics.
