The Assets and Facilities Management Group (AFM) kindly reminds the university community to help maintain our classrooms as safe, clean, and comfortable learning spaces.

Please take note of the following:

• Turn off lights when not in use. Let’s conserve energy and support a more sustainable campus.
• Switch off air-conditioning units after class (whenever possible). Efficient energy use helps us keep our classrooms comfortable for all.
• Avoid unnecessary movement of furniture. This prevents damage and keeps our spaces organized.
• Respect our shared spaces—no vandalism, please. Let us maintain a clean and welcoming environment for everyone.
• Finished early or cancelled your class? Inform AFM so we can manage the space better.
• Report any damaged or non-functioning equipment immediately. Email [email protected] so we can address the issue promptly.
