UA&P participates in Taiwan Educational City Learning ProgramĀ 

 

A delegation from UA&P participated in the Taiwan Educational City Learning Navigation Program organized by Taiwan-based civic society organization Edu-Connect Southeast Asia Association. 

Held from July 30 to August 3 with the theme “Innovative Solutions and Cultural Immersion: Exploring Industrial Excellence and Heritage in Kaohsiung,” the program focused on nation-building, industrial excellence, and smart city development using Kaohsiung City, Taiwan, as a living classroom. Participants engaged in lectures, discussions, and city tours led by local experts.

UA&P delegates included BS Industrial Engineering Program Director Dr. Varsolo Sunio, Humanities program officer Janice Mercurio, and MA Humanities students Christine Vinci Lara and Jude Elbert Banton. 

The program provided valuable insights into entrepreneurial development, fostering future collaborations between Taiwan and the Philippines.

Edu-Connect Southeast Asia Association is a multisectoral partnership of universities, businesses, and development organizations in Southern Taiwan.
