Career Essentials: Finding purpose in one’s career
The CSA-Office of Career Services invites students to the first session of the Career Essentials series for SY 2024-2025, titled “Finding Purpose in One’s Career,” to be held on September 25 (Wednesday) from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm at CAS 103.
The seminar-workshop, featuring Dr. Pia Garcia, Assistant Professor from the UA&P College of Arts and Sciences, will delve into the intersection of passion, values, and professional fulfillment. Dr. Garcia will lead you through interactive exercises designed to:
- Identify your core motivations: Discover what truly drives you and aligns with your personal values.
- Integrate purpose into your career: Learn practical strategies to find roles that are both fulfilling and impactful.
- Pursue a meaningful professional path: Gain insights into how to make a positive difference in your career and community.
