HRM Advisories

New RFID tapping stations

All employees are requested to use only the new RFID tapping stations starting February 28, 2024 (Wednesday). This will be done as the last step of the parallel testing process and also to ensure that the daily time records (DTR) of employees are accurately uploaded and captured in the HRIS.

As part of the testing, all employees are advised to monitor their DTR for accuracy. Please note that, for now, time records are reflected in the HRIS one day after tapping. Real-time updating shall be made possible at the next stage of testing. If any errors/discrepancies are noted in your DTR, please report these to Ms. Jilliane Salayog ([email protected]) of HRM immediately.

We thank everyone in advance for their cooperation and patience during the period of testing and transition to the new RFID system.
