Self-care Friday

The Human Resource Management, in collaboration with Mary Kay Philippines, invites all female faculty and staff to attend a pampering activity titled #Self-careFriday on June 23 (Friday), 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, at Dining Halls 1&2.

The following activities will be offered during the event:

• Skin Care Class
• Skin Analysis
• Basic Makeup Tutorial (complimentary makeup will be provided to each participant)
• Facial and Hand Spa

BIGGKAS+ call for donations

BIGGKAS+, in collaboration with the Center for Student Affairs, CDE Center, and Human Resource Management, is calling for cash donations for the 2023 Balik-Eskwela outreach activities of UA&P for the benefit of Pineda Elementary School (with a population of 1,702 students and 70 teaching/non-teaching personnel). 

The funds raised from this initiative will be used for the following activities:

School Readiness Project

• Activity: (a) Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic refresher classes; (b) Early Childhood Development Seminar for Parents
• Participants: (a) 100 incoming Grade 1 students (w/ identified deficiencies); (b) parents
• Dates: Refresher classes - June 19 to 30 (10 sessions); Parent’s seminar and orientation  (TBD)
• Venue: Pineda Elementary School
• Items needed: Snacks for the participants

Cleaning 101 at Pineda Elementary School

• Activity: A 2-hour talk on the effective and efficient ways of cleaning school facilities, the appropriate use of cleaning materials and equipment, pre- and post-activity exercises to prevent injury, and conserving resources to ensure sustainability. 
• Participants: PES faculty members and parents (around 100 participants)
• Date: July 19, 2023 (tentative schedule)
• Venue: Pineda Elementary School
• Items needed: Cleaning materials

Employees who wish to donate through salary deduction (for the June 16-30 and/or July 1-15 payroll) may accomplish this form on or before June 30 (Friday).

Flu vaccination 2023 sign-up

To finalize the headcount and logistic arrangements for our onsite flu vaccination program, regular full-time employees who would like to avail of flu vaccine for themselves and/or for their dependents (except children below 9 years of age) are requested to accomplish this form. 

The deadline for flu vaccination sign-up is May 24 (Wednesday).
