LIB clearance guidelines for graduating students

 

Graduating students with undergraduate research paper, thesis, dissertation, or capstone submissions are advised to read the guidelines on how to secure a library clearance here.



New midyear term business schedule

 

The revised business schedule of the University Library from June 29 to August 04 is as follows:

Monday to Friday

8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Saturday (extended hours) 

Undergraduate Library (3F) - 8:30 am to 12:00 pm

Graduate Library (4F) - 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

LIB closed on June 7-8

 

The physical premises of the University Library will be closed on June 7-8 (Friday & Saturday) for the annual library staff enrichment program. Everyone is encouraged to use the digital library services at https://library.uap.asia on the said days.

The Library will reopen on June 10 (Monday) following the midyear term schedule below:

8:30 am to 5:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
8:30 am to 12:00 pm (Saturday)

Ask ViRA will also be offline on June 7-8. All offline messages will be responded to the following workday. 

Executive Café closed until July 31

 

There will be no dining services at the Executive Café from June 3 (Monday) until July 31, 2024. The meeting rooms and the dining area may still be reserved for events.

8:30 am to 12:00 pm
