The students were welcomed by DFA officials from various offices, including the OPD, the Human Resources Management Office, the Maritime and Ocean Affairs Office, and the Office of Policy Planning and Coordination. The officials delivered presentations and engaged the students in a dialogue on key foreign policy issues and career opportunities in the Department.

Among the topics discussed were the Philippines' stance on the West Philippine Sea, the War in Gaza, and the Ukraine-Russia conflict. The students also had the opportunity to ask questions and gain deeper insight into the country’s diplomatic priorities and challenges.

The visit included guided tours of several DFA offices, including the Office of Middle East and African Affairs and the OPD, where students learned about the daily functions and operations of the Department.
