UA&P Alumnus gives talk on Digital Professionalism

On June 25, EastWest Bank proudly partnered with the University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P) for a meaningful career talk on mastering etiquette in the remote work environment—held at Telengtan Hall and streamed live via UA&P’s official Facebook page. We're especially proud to have had our very own Atty. Gian Yuson, Head of People Relations & Governance and a proud UA&P alumnus, led the conversation. He shared valuable insights on defining professionalism in digital spaces, tackling the challenges of remote work, and embracing etiquette as a key driver of collaboration and culture. From addressing digital fatigue, miscommunication, and isolation to navigating tools, tone, and time zones—the session empowered students to sharpen their presence and performance in today’s evolving workplace. EastWest remains committed to supporting students as they transition into the workforce, equipping them with practical knowledge and a professional mindset for long-term success. A big thank you to the Center for Student Affairs for the warm welcome and to all the UA&P Dragons who joined us both on-site and online!
