The year-end closing of UA&P’s books of accounts will be on July 31, 2025 (Thursday). All expense disbursements that will be charged to the Academic Year 2024-2025 should meet the following requirements:
We will only process expenses necessary for the operations in the remaining two weeks. We encourage all units to review their remaining budgets and identify areas where costs can be minimized or deferred.
The same applies to capital expenditures (CAPEX): only those necessary for operations for this school year will be purchased. Any CAPEX items that will not be acquired or completed by July 31, 2025, will be carried over to the next school year’s budget.
All submissions may still be made online to facilitate the processing of payments and the recording of corresponding expenses. However, hard copies must be submitted to the FMR Office or directly to your school accountants not later than August 15, 2025.
