We wish to remind everyone of the schedule of onsite/online classes after the Holy Week break (cf. UA&P Announcement on Additional Blended Learning Guidelines effective January 2023 dated December 12, 2022).
To help Human Resource Management in planning for the flu vaccination program (e.g., determining the headcount and logistics), regular employees who are interested to avail of the flu vaccine are requested to sign up here. The survey form will be available from March 30 to April 11, 2023.

In observance of the Holy Week, the University Library’s business schedule will be as follows:
April 3-4 (Monday and Tuesday)
7:00 am to 4:00 pm
April 5 (Wednesday)
7:00 am to 12:00 pm (AM only/half day)
The LIB is closed on the following dates:
April 5 (12pm onwards)
April 6-10 (Thursday to Monday)
The normal library service hours will resume on April 11 (Tuesday).

The CAS elevator is currently shut down to give way to troubleshooting and corrective maintenance services. An advisory shall be issued on the resumption of its operation once a more definitive schedule has been identified.

All schools and units are invited to participate in the first University Easter Door-Decorating Contest with the theme "Open your Heart to the Lord, He is Risen."
To give all participating units time to decorate their respective entryway, we are moving the judging schedule to April 19 (Wednesday) at 12:00nn until April 26 (Wednesday) at 5:00pm. Decors should be up on April 19 (12:00 nn). The winner will be announced through Dragons' Lair on April 28 (Friday).
