The Association of Building Managers of Ortigas Center Association, Inc. (ABMOCI) invites everyone to its fun run for a cause on March 17, 2024 (Sunday), at 5:30 am at F. Ortigas Jr. Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
The activity aims to raise funds to rehabilitate the Lanuza Creek, which passes through St. Josemaria Escriva Drive to Pearl Drive and from St. Francis Street to Pearl Drive, and make it fish livable by 2025 or sooner, hence the fun run slogan “Buhayin ang Tilapia sa Lanuza Creek.”
In 2016, ABMOCI adopted the Lanuza Creek as its corporate social responsibility project through the DENR’s Adopt-An-Estero Program. The creek catches rain water and wastewater coming from the buildings from the boundary of Shaw Boulevard, St. Francis Street, Julia Vargas Avenue, and Meralco Avenue.
Those who wish to participate in the fun run may register here. Please see the posters below for more details.
For inquiries, kindly email Engr. Paulino Lazarte at [email protected].
