Penitential Rite for Lent

 

HRM and the Chaplaincy invite all faculty and staff to the Penitential Rite for Lent with the theme “Lent is a season of conversion, a time of freedom” on March 15 (Friday) at the Sancta Maria Stella Orientis Oratory from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm. The activity is also open to contracted personnel.

Executive Café operating hours

 

Starting February 26 (Monday), the Executive Café will be open for lunch for employees from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Events may be held in the Executive Café before 10:00 am or after 2:00 pm.

In addition, the Executive Café will be transitioning to self-service: diners place, pay, and get their orders from the counter. The cafeteria staff will not bring the orders to the diners' tables. There is no service charge, and the price of meals will be the same as that of the University Canteen. Take-out orders will be accommodated. Diners are also expected to clean as they go.

Annual Physical Examination for SY 2023-2024

 

The Annual Physical Examination (APE) for all full-time employees for SY 2023-2024 will be held on campus and administered by Hi-Precision Diagnostics (HPD) from March 19 to 20, 2024, at the Dizon Auditorium. Please see the following schedule for female employees and male employees

All full-time employees are required to undergo the annual physical examination. The full compliance of employees to the APE is one of the requirements for the renewal of the university’s Sanitary Permit with the Pasig LGU.

2024 Fit to Fight Orientation and Workout


The Department of Physical Education (DPE) of the College of Arts and Sciences invites all UA&P employees to the 2024 Fit to Fight Orientation and Workout on February 19 (Monday) at 5:30 pm on the 4th floor of PSB. Please register here if you wish to join. 

Additionally, we welcome walk-ins who prefer to participate occasionally in fitness and dance workouts without committing to the entire program. Please ensure to wear sports attire.

2024 Fit to Fight T-shirt Design Contest
The T-shirt design contest runs from February 19 to 23, 2024. It is an individual contest open to all Fit to Fight participants. For the submission of your entry, please upload it here. The deadline for submission of entries is February 23 at 5:00 pm. The winner of the contest will be revealed during the culminating activities.
