Server maintenance on August 17

 

Please be informed that there will be a scheduled downtime on our servers on August 17 (Saturday) at 9:00 pm. The EmpowerED production core and database servers will undergo a scale-down considering the load in the system has gone down with the completion of the undergraduate and graduate program enrollment period. The downtime will last up to one hour.

During the interruption, the EmpowerED system will be inaccessible.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Chaplaincy Advisory: Friday noon Mass schedule

 

As the Academic Year 2024-2025 begins, we would like to inform the University community about the Friday 12:05 pm Mass schedule at the Sancta Maria Stella Orientis Oratory (SMSO):

Mass in Latin: Every Friday, except the fourth Friday of the month, starting tomorrow, August 9.

Eucharistic Vigil: Every Friday, from 12:05 pm Mass until the closing Benediction at 4:00 pm, starting August 16.

Mass in Filipino: The fourth Friday of each month, starting August 23.

Regular Mass times at SMSO are the following:

7:45 am      Monday to Friday
12:05 pm    Monday to Saturday

As part of the registration process for A.Y. 2024-2025, and after reading the UA&P Student Handbook 2024-25 Edition, students are required to accomplish the Undertaking found on p. 250 of the Student Handbook with a wet signature, and submit it to the Registrar’s Office not later than August 23, 2024 (Friday).

Submission of the signed Undertaking is a requirement for freshman and 16YP students to claim their UA&P RFID.
