Please be informed that the Assets and Facilities Management Group (AFM), together with the outsourced personnel and their families, will have their Christmas party on December 13 (Friday). A talk and a Eucharistic celebration will be held in the morning. Games and other activities will be held at the Parking & Sports Building in the afternoon.
Employees are encouraged to place their requests for supplies or assistance until December 12 (Thursday). Only urgent requests will be accommodated on December 13.
All full-time and part-time faculty, staff, and service personnel are invited to this year’s University Christmas Celebration (UCC) on December 18 (Wednesday) at 3:00 pm at the PSB.
The theme for this year's UCC is “Retro #VintageVibes” and everyone is encouraged to be in their retro-themed outfit while following the University attire guide.
To further embrace the vibrant spirit of the ’70s, ’80s, and ’90s, everyone is invited to join the "Blast from the Past" Outfit Challenge, a competition where you can showcase your retro-themed looks. The Human Resource Management invites all Belen-making Competition participants to join the BMC Unitas Award.
The BMC Unitas Award is a special award category designed to promote unity among the UA&P community. In particular, BMC Unitas Award will recognize the employees’ voluntary service, hard work, camaraderie, and dedication in crafting their respective Belen entries. This will be judged through a presentation (e.g., slide, video) to be prepared by the participating units.
