Invitation | Occupational First Aid & Basic Life Support Training

 
 
The Department of Physical Education (DPE) is pleased to invite all interested employees to participate in a comprehensive Occupational First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR/AED* Training on May 29 and 30 (Thursday & Friday) from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

To be conducted by the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) Rizal Chapter, this valuable 16-hour training program (8 hours per day) will equip participants with essential skills and knowledge in emergency response.

Only 13 slots are available for employees to join this training. The registration fee per participant is PHP 2,300, which includes training materials.

Once payment is made, please secure a copy of the deposit slip and email it to [email protected] on or before May 16 (Friday). Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the deposit slip. This will allow the DPE to consolidate payments and submit them to the PRC.

Upon satisfactory completion of the training, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion (COC) and an ID card.

Meditation for Women on May 21

 

All female faculty and staff are invited to the Meditation for Women on May 21 (Wednesday) from 3:30 pm to 4:00 pm at the ALB Oratory, followed by a merienda get-together and flower arrangement activity at the Executive Café.

The flower arrangement activity will be facilitated by Ms. Lani Cervantes and Ms. Lynith Columna from the Chaplaincy, whose expertly made floral decorations have enhanced not only the events at the Oratory but also various institutional celebrations. The activity serves to celebrate the cultural and spiritual essence of Flores de Mayo. Participants can also look forward to fun games and exciting prizes during the gathering.
