Career Services: URC Career Talk on October 13

Invitation | Global Leadership Forum, 28 October 2021

The Public and International Affairs Office invites interested students to the upcoming Global Leadership Forum, to be held online on 28 October 2021. The event will bring together over 500 students from University Technology Sydney, Murdoch University, Hong Kong University, University of Edinburgh, etc. to engage with a global network of visionary leaders representing massive international brands as well as unsung heroes who make change happen in their local communities.

With the Global Leadership Forum, you will get to explore your own leadership styles and capabilities by meeting with and hearing from leaders across the globe—and to demonstrate this by earning the embedded Global Leadership micro-credential.

The application fee: 2,500 PHP, and the deadline for payment and application: 16 October 2021.

No Entrance Exams for AY 2022-23

To ease logistics concerns for applicants, UA&P will not administer an entrance exam for the school year 2022-2023. Scholarship applicants, however, will still have to take a qualifying exam.

The new application process and requirements for incoming 6YP, Freshmen, and Transfer Applicants will be announced next week.

OAA Talks: Helpful Ways to Thrive During This Pandemic

The Office of Alumni Affairs (OAA), in collaboration with the Center for Student Affairs (CSA), invites the UA&P community to the second OAA Talks entitled “Resilience and Well-being: Helpful Ways to Thrive During This Pandemic” on September 30 (Thursday) at 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm via Zoom.

The speaker will be CSA Executive Director Dr. Ces Resurreccion (MAE-VE Class of 1992) who will share her expertise on the topic. UA&P faculty, staff, and students are highly encouraged to attend as this will help prepare for the new school year.
