The Department of Physical Education invites everyone to its Fit-to-Fight Program Lecture Series on March 23 (Wednesday) through zoom from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm. Mrs. Leandra Reyes-Francisco, Pn-1, certified nutrition, and fitness coach, will discuss the topic “Building Healthy Eating Habits.”
Coach Ada is currently affiliated with the Fitness Mobil Nutrition, as co-founder and partner." Fitness Mobil is an online fitness and nutrition company.
Teams with complete attendance will get additional 20 kilometers in their total distance for the fit to fight competition.
CMC Advisory: Revised entry protocol (update)
The UA&P Crisis Management Committee (CMC) would like to inform everyone that effective March 21 (Monday), UA&P will implement the revised entry protocol below:
1. Present your UA&P ID to the guard at the entrance gate (Pearl Drive or DCB) and undergo a temperature check. Those with a temperature of 37.5°C and above will not be allowed entry.
2. Present proof of full vaccination (VaxCert or vaccination card) if you are entering for the first time. This is a one-time presentation to Security who will take a photo of your card. Alternatively, employees* may upload their proof of vaccination here.
3. Students who intend to join limited face-to-face classes and/or participate in on-campus activities will need to submit additional documents in this campus pre-entry requirement form. This form needs to be accomplished only once, and students are encouraged to submit it by the first week of April.
*We still encourage employees to advise AFM through paulino.lazarte@uap.asia for onsite work to ensure a smoother entry and stay in the university. In addition, if employees wish to conduct on-campus academic and non-academic activities involving students, please accomplish this on-campus activity application form. Employees are likewise encouraged to guide students in submitting their campus pre-entry form.
Once on-campus, everyone is reminded to follow health protocols at all times.
The Department of Physical Education (DPE) of the College of Arts and Sciences invites all UA&P employees to the first-ever Virtual Group Fun Run.
Participants may form teams of 5 members each with a combination of male and female runners. Part-time faculty members are welcome to join. The duration of the fun run is from March 21- to April 1, 2022. Prizes will be given to the teams with the longest distance covered.
Those who wish to participate may register here starting today (March 9) until March 16 (Wednesday) at 5:00 pm. Orientation for the event will be on March 18 (Friday) at 5:00 pm and the details for the program will be discussed. The meeting link will be sent through your registered email address. List of team members should be emailed to Ms. Belle Guevara before the start of the competition.
