 The Assets and Facilities Management, in collaboration with BIGGKAS+,  Human Resource Management, and Corporate Communications Office, is organizing a catechism and outreach activity in the form of Kasalang Bayan: UA&P’s Gift of #HappilyEverAfter for UA&P’s outsourced staff. The wedding will be held at the Holy Family Parish in Kapitolyo, Pasig City on July 23 (Saturday) at 10:00am.

Employees who wish to help in organizing the church wedding and/or to donate through salary deduction (for the June 16-30 and/or July 1-15 payroll) may accomplish this form on or before July 1 (Friday).

Students who earlier applied for graduation and are allowed to proceed with clearance will be notified in EmpowerED of the status: FOR EVALUATION. You may coordinate with your respective Program Course Evaluators (CEs) if this does not appear in your account.

Aside from the EmpowerED portal, you will have to process your clearance using  Dragons’ Lair, which you may access here: https://dragon.uap.asia/ 

Please complete your clearance within the period of May 30 to July 15, 2022. The following Units are included with the indicated signatories. Compliance with the requirement in each Unit may be completed in any order.

23rd Civitas Asia National Student Conference

This three-day event, which is open to all high school and college students, will focus on five Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) under the Prosperity Category, namely SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy), 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), 10 (Reduced Inequalities), and 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities). The conference will feature a number of talks and workshops, including a policy writing competition for high school participants.

Interested students may register through this link not later than May 31 (Tuesday). The registration fees are as follows:

For UA&P students:

  • Junior College Students - Php 150.00 per team (with a minimum of 2 and maximum of 4 members)
  • College Students - Php 100.00 per head


For non-UA&P students:

  • Public High School Students - Php 150.00 per team (with a minimum of 2 and maximum of 4 members)
  • Private High School Students - Php 300.00 per team (with a minimum of 2 and maximum of 4 members)
  • College Students -  Php 100.00 per head
