Recognizing the need to adapt to changes in the current educational landscape and to keep up with the evolving demand for professionals with specialized skills, the University has created CORE or Continuing Real-Word Education: a brand of programs that are curated, relevant, and responsive to the market’s current needs.
Spearheaded by the Special Projects Office (SPO) that is directly under the Office of the University President, CORE aims to diversify and strengthen UA&P’s professional and executive education offerings further. In addition, CORE aims to provide professionals with an avenue to upskill and re-skill in a highly competitive environment, transforming them into valuable assets in their respective fields of specialization.

Everyone is cordially invited to the University Opening Rites to be held at the Li Seng Giap Auditorium on August 8 (Monday) at 10:30 am.
All faculty members, both full-time and part-time, are requested to join the activity and to wear their academic gowns. The assembly area for faculty members is in Study Hall B.
The program will be as follows:
10:30 am - Assembly
10:45 am - Processional (Faculty, ManCom and OpComs)
10:55 am - Introduction
11:00 am - The President’s Address
11:25 am - University Hymn
11:30 am - Recessional
To mark the opening of the academic year, the Mass of the Holy Spirit will be celebrated at the Sancta Maria Stella Orientis Oratory at 12:05 pm after the University Opening Rites. Everyone is encouraged to attend this Eucharistic celebration.
Classes will be suspended from 10:30 am to 12 noon to allow everyone to attend this institutional activity.
