AFM & DTT Advisory: Bidding on computers and peripherals

 

The Assets and Facilities Management Group (AFM) and the Digital Transformation and Technology (DTT) Office invite all interested parties to bid on various computers and peripherals from August 4 to 7.

The items are being sold as is, where is: they come with no warranty and no technical service after the sale.

Freshstart 2025

 

The Center for Student Affairs - Office of Guidance and Counseling will hold Freshstart 2025, the annual orientation for incoming junior college and freshmen students, this July 30 to August 1 (Wednesday to Friday). This event shall showcase several simultaneous activities, which intend to welcome the freshmen and introduce them to the University culture and community.  

Incoming students are encouraged to follow the UA&P Freshstart Facebook page for updates and announcements. The program can also be found here.

Student locker applications for SY 2025-2026

 

The General Services Section (GSS) of the Assets and Facilities Management Group (AFM) will start accepting applications for student lockers on August 1 (Friday). Please see the procedure below:

  • Fill out the application form. Forms are available at the GSS Office located at ACB 1.5.
  • Choose a locker location and number.
  • Submit a photocopy of your student ID or a valid enrollment registration certificate. Wait for your submitted document to be verified.
  • Pay the locker fee of Php1,200.00 at the Financial Management and Reporting (FMR) Office at the 2nd floor of the CAS Building.
  • Return the Locker Application Form to the GSS Office after payment has been made.
