Writing Prose for Professionals


The College of Arts and Sciences - Humanities Program and UA&P's CORE are now accepting applicants for Writing Prose for Professionals.

The program is a four-week online and self-paced certificate course about the fundamentals and core principles of prose writing for professionals. It is designed to teach its students the basic elements of a story: plot, character, setting, and theme. The course will help its students to jumpstart their writing portfolio as they embark on their fiction-writing careers. Classes are on November 5 & 12 and December 3 & 10 (Saturdays) from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm with asynchronous activities during weekdays. 

The course will be facilitated by Mr. Robin Jason Sebolino.

Early bird registration will be until October 21 (Friday). The early bird rate is Php9,000 while the regular rate is Php11,000.

Webinar on "Akay: Providing Support for Students' School Re-entry"

 

The CSA-Office of Guidance and Counseling invites all UA&P parents, mentors, faculty, and staff to a webinar entitled "Akay: Providing Support for Students' School Re-entry" on November 5 (Saturday) from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm via Zoom.

This webinar aims to provide knowledge on the possible concerns and difficulties that students may experience during their re-entry to school and to develop school and family collaboration that is geared toward creating a supportive environment for students’ mental wellness.
