The Assets and Facilities Management Group (AFM) invites all UA&P employees and service personnel to participate in the bidding for various furniture, audio-visual equipment, computer peripherals, and gym equipment from December 5 (Friday) to December 12 (Friday).
These items are being sold as is, where is, with no warranty or post-sale technical service.

Bidding Guidelines:
1. Bidders may place bids on one or more available items.
2. Bids must be submitted online via email.
3. Item viewing: December 5–12, 2025
Location: ACB Basement 2
Time: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
4. Bid submission: Opens December 5 and closes exactly at 2:00 pm on December 12, 2025.
5. Announcement of winners: December 13 at 1:30 pm.
6. AFM will issue the Notice of Award with payment and settlement instructions.
7. AFM may cancel or declare the bidding a failure if:
- The bid is not in the prescribed form.
- The bid is below the minimum price.
- The winning bid is not paid by December 16, 2025, or the item is not claimed within the stipulated period. In such cases, the award is cancelled and payment forfeited.
8. All expenses for claiming items (e.g., transportation) are the responsibility of the winning bidder.
