Student locker applications for SY 2025-2026

 

The General Services Section (GSS) of the Assets and Facilities Management Group (AFM) will start accepting applications for student lockers on August 1 (Friday). Please see the procedure below:

  • Fill out the application form. Forms are available at the GSS Office located at ACB 1.5.
  • Choose a locker location and number.
  • Submit a photocopy of your student ID or a valid enrollment registration certificate. Wait for your submitted document to be verified.
  • Pay the locker fee of Php1,200.00 at the Financial Management and Reporting (FMR) Office at the 2nd floor of the CAS Building.
  • Return the Locker Application Form to the GSS Office after payment has been made.

LIB schedule from July 17 to August 02 

 

The University Library mid-year term break schedule from July 17 to August 02 is as follows:

 

Renovation of selected ALB comfort rooms beginning July 17

 

Please be informed that the comfort rooms (both male and female) located on the ground floor of the Administration and Library Building (ALB), including that of the Office of Alumni Affairs (OAA), will undergo renovation starting July 17 (Thursday) and will be temporarily unavailable for use. 

During this period, members of the community are advised to use the alternative facilities located on the ground floor of the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) Building, the Development Communications Building (DCB), and the University Student Commons (USC).

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to improve our campus facilities.

26th Philippine Academic Book Fair

 

The University Library invites everyone to the 26th Philippine Academic Book Fair to be held on July 1 to 3 (Tuesday to Thursday) from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm at Megatrade Hall 1, Building B, SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City.

To get a Visitor’s Pass, you may either print your ticket by clicking here, or claim your book fair pass in person at the Technical Services Division (TSD), 3rd Floor, Library. Please look for Ms. Kemberlyn Famularcano.

Power interruption on June 21

 

There will be a power interruption at the APEC Communications Building (ACB) on June 21 (Saturday) from 5:30 pm to 11:00 pm to give way to the meter replacement at the ACB powerhouse. Generator power will be available during that time.
